On the 20th and 21st October AGROSUPDijon hosted the Rural’Est/SFER conference 20 years of Farming and Rural Transition in Eastern Europe: what have we
learned?
The conference was attended by 58 participants from many institutions across Europe, including delegates from Romania, Hungary, Germany, Poland, Belgium, France and the UK. The event was closed
by a round table and debate CAP 2013: which issues, which perspectives for rural development in the Central and Oriental countries of Europe? with Dacian Ciolos, the Commissioner for EU Agriculture and Rural Development, Alexandre Martinez
(Agricultural Adviser at the French Embassy in Poland) and Samuel Feret (Group 2013).
The convivial atmosphere and common purpose allowed many new links to be made between institutions, as well as many illuminating presentations.
bientôt), Michel Streith, Marie-Luce Ghib, Catherine Darrot, Bernard Roux.
